**WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY** for much of the rest of Central OH through today & tonight

**SNOW EMERGENCIES, LEVEL 2: Ashland, Athens, Morgan

We're waking up to a couple of inches of fresh snow for most of Central Ohio this morning

Snow showers continue and then mix with rain through the afternoon. Warmer air & rain for Southern Ohio will hinder some snow accumulations, but areas that stay all snow to the north could see an additional 1"-3".

Cold air rushes in Sunday evening with a final wave of snow before midnight then we dry out for Monday.

Storm totals will range between 2"-7".

SNOW EMERGENCIES:
As of 12:15 p.m.
LEVEL 1: Ashland, Champaign, Clark, Coshocton, Crawford, Delaware, Fairfield, Franklin, Guernsey, Hocking, Knox, Licking, Logan, Marion, Muskingum, Morrow, Perry, Pickaway, Richland, Union

FORECAST:

TONIGHT: Scattered rain/snow tapering off. Patchy fog. Low 21.
MONDAY: A mix of sun/clouds. Dry & cold. High 29.
TUESDAY: Early icing followed by steady rain through the majority of the afternoon and evening. Warmer. High 48.

Snow and rain for Sunday early evening then it will be moving out.  Roadways could see some re-freeze overnight with lows dipping into the lower 20's.

Slowly clearing skies heading into Monday morning could lead to some patchy fog.

Cold air rushes in Sunday evening with a final wave of snow before midnight then we dry out for Monday.

A surge of gulf moisture will mean warmer temps late Tuesday into early Wednesday.  This system will also bring rain.  Temperatures early Tuesday will be below freezing and the leading edge could start off as sleet and freezing rain followed by steady rain through the afternoon and evening.

Flooding is a concern with 1"-2" of rain expected.  Snow pack, frozen ground, and icy streams/rivers will amplify the flooding concern.

Cold air will rush in Wednesday and rain will end early.  Another system will track up from the south late Wednesday that could bring more snow, especially for Southeastern Ohio... Stay tuned. Colder air returns for the end of the week.
